In Times of Complete and Utter Tragedy Prayers Are Urgent

I was up late last night when I heard the news about Flt. 3407. All I could think of was the awaiting friends and family of the 49 people on board. This plane was just 5 miles from Buffalo Niagara International Airport in Buffalo, NY. The area where the plane crashed, Clarence, NY, is only 6 miles from a Chabad. I have already placed a call into Rabbi Nosson Gurary to see how they will be involved in helping out in this tragic event.
“The fact that the damage is limited to the one residence is really amazing,” said state police spokeswoman Rebecca Gibbons.

Please leave your thoughts and prayers for the passengers and crew of Flt. 3407 below. We also need to pray for the safety of the heroic rescue team on the scene of what is still a very dangerous area. To the people of Clarence, NY, we pray for your safety and well being during this tragic time.
